Iptc fields

Hi in Neue 1.2.4 the IPTC fields composed with other software do not show. Nor IPTC COMPOSED WITH Neue show in any other photo software (photomechanic, photoshop, etc..)

Also, you should add a picture browser that would allow to choose the pictures to edit from larger thumbnails.

Also need multiple file FTP at the same time.
