I decided to take the 60 block walk to work this morning, and take a few photos along the way. We’ve had few breaks in rain so far in June here in NYC, so it was good to get out a bit.

A random aside on this last photo, I didn’t realize until a couple years ago that the word rickshaw came from the Japanese “jinrikisha” (人力車)as “rickshaw” doesn’t sound at all Japanese to me.
