Reflex-Nikkor C 500mm f/8 Review Preparations
I went out this morning with my trusty old Reflex-Nikkor C 500mm f/8 to take some photos for the review I plan to write within the next week. It turned out to be a wonderful morning, so here’s just a couple of the photos I’ll be using in the review to whet your appetite.
Light Doughnuts and Ducklings
This mother was keeping her ducklings on a small platform sticking out in the middle of the conservatory pond. I have to say the reflection of the sun in water is probably the situation in which the donut boke of reflex lenses looks best.
Black Crowned Night Heron
This guy let me get surprisingly close to him. It was difficult to choose which photo to use in this post, and I have several more I’ll have to choose between for the final review.
